WHAT PROCEDURES DO WE HAVE IN PLACE IN THE EVENT OF A DATA BREACH?

In the event of a data breach, we will apply the procedure set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (Article 33). We will inform the CNIL within 72 hours of any anomaly observed, and notify all persons whose data has been hacked.
